RECIPE:(serves four)
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pieces of shredded boiled chicken
- Combine chicken,cabbage, butter, mayonnaise, black pepper and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Butter all slices of bread.
- Spread the chicken mixture on four slices and cover them with the other four.
- Cover it with the clean kitchen towel and keep in refrigerator till ready to serve.
