Mint and lemon chicken cutlets are really easy to cook. It takes 40 minutes to prepare it and 15 minutes to cook it. The recipe is described below.
RECIPE:(serves 4 to 6)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1\2 kg chicken mince meat
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 green chillies (chopped)
- 3 tbsp mint and coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1\2 tsp garam masala
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (for shallow frying)
METHOD:
- Mix the minced chicken meat with all the ingredients except oil.
- Marinate the whole mixture for 40 minutes.
- Make round or oval cutlets from the mixture.
- Heat the oil and fry on low heat until it becomes golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
