RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g boneless chicken
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp cornflour
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt (as required)
- 7-9 green chillies
- 1 tbs crushed ginger
- oil for frying
- 2 tbsp butter
RECIPE:
- Cut boneless chicken in small cubes.
- Add chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to chicken.
- Mix corn flour and egg properly and chicken.
- Now mix all the mixture.Marinate the mixture for 30 minutes.
- In a pan heat the oil and deep fry chicken cubes until cooked.
- Slice green chillies into half.
- Heat another pan and melt the butter.
- Now add sliced chillies and crushed ginger.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add fried chicken pieces and fry under under medium flame for 5 minutes or until chicken pieces take up the flavour of chilly and ginger.
- Garnish and serve hot.
