- 1 cup of fresh coriander
- salt (as required)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp water
- 2-3 green chillies
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 inch pieces ginger
- 1/2 cup tamarind juice
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients with 2tbsp of water.
- Grind them to make a nice green chutney.
